I have two covers to Copenhagen both money letters one from Reine in 1915 and the other from Tonsberg in 1924.
Reine first: value Kr.100, weight 18gms, post office seals on reverse, franked 38 øre which I translate to Nordic letter rate up to 20gm. 10 øre + Nordic reg. 20 øre + sealing 5 øre = total 35 øre what is the extra 3 øre for ?
Tonsberg: value Kr.15, weight 16gms, ES - own seals, Valeur declaree pink label, franked 58 øre which seems to be Nordic letter rate 20 øre, Nordic reg. 30 øre = total 50 øre so what is the extra 8 øre for ?
